Super

Madam, I am the sister of Mr. and Mrs. Catinus. Thank you for your warm welcome, your kindness, and your thoughtfulness. You gave me excellent advice, and I look forward to seeing you again next year to buy the black TV stand. Thank you; it is so heartwarming to find shopkeepers with such big hearts who take such good care of us, even someone as disabled as me.

Hello,

In our family, we always buy our furniture from Hanse.

For my new apartment, we still wanted to step out of our comfort zone and see what else was available...

My mother and I arrived at Hanse feeling discouraged after the reception we received elsewhere. Sure, there were some nice things, but there were always delivery times, and I was on a tight schedule (my fault, I left it too late). Everything was always too big for my apartment. The solution? None, a shrug, "it'll be the same everywhere," next.

I hope I'm not mistaken about his name since it's already been four months: we were assisted by Gauthier. We started with a desk, then the office chair, and finally, the wardrobes were fine too. And so on, we bought everything from Hanse (bedroom, office, dining room, living room). We obviously encountered some problems, but each time Gauthier found a solution: delivery times too long? Have you taken a look at this other sofa? (It's perfect!), Is it too long? But we can divide it, you know. It's beautiful, but it's expensive? Come on, a small discount for the quantity purchased.

Gauthier took the time for us and never showed any sign of being annoyed by our changes of mind. He adjusted the prices and advised us based on our new choices.

I wasn't there for the delivery and setup of all the furniture because I was at work, but my parents were delighted, and so was I when I got back. Perfect.

Even the police officer who came to verify that I actually lived at the apartment for the change of address complimented me on the furniture :D

Anyway, I've gone on for a while, but I wanted to thank you for your welcome, your patience, your prices (since without the discounts I was clearly over budget), and in short, for your professionalism and your friendliness.

I'm lucky to live in a beautiful setting, but quite frankly, the apartment wouldn't be the same without our visit to Hanse.

Thank you!

We received a very warm welcome at Hanse Furniture! The staff are friendly and attentive, and the store offers furniture for all tastes, with all departments conveniently located under one roof. Shopping here is truly pleasant and practical. An excellent place to furnish your home!

I've visited many furniture stores in the Namur area and I received a very warm welcome at this one, both in the main store and the discount branch across the street. There's a good selection of furniture, and even if you don't find what you're looking for, the store is still worth a visit.
